RSP BHARAT TERMS

1. Definitions: 

RSP BHARAT also known as Rastriya Shikhsha Parisad advises the Users, Franchisees to read the Terms of Use carefully. Agreement to the Terms of Use is necessary for further access to the app & web portal. 

2. Right to Update and Modify Terms:

RSP BHARAT reserves the right, to modify the terms, either partially or fully at any time.

RSP BHARAT shall have the sole discretion on whether or not to recognize any information posted by any Student/ Franchisee. It shall also have the discretion to discontinue permission for enrollment without assigning any reason.

3. License to Use:

The Franchisee/Students/Centers have to be registered and verified with RSP BHARAT to get services from us. Non-authentic users are strictly prohibited. 

4. Prohibited Conduct:

4.1) The Franchisee/Students/Centers must not upload any abrupt and inappropriate data and files.

4.2) Any use of website and app in contravention of provisions of law is prohibited.

4.3) RSP BHARAT prohibits Posting of irrelevant, defamatory, obscene, communal, racist, offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory contents or resume whether implicitly or explicitly.

4.4) Our portals and apps must not be used for causing social tension, harassment, inconvenience or embarrassment, to any person or group of persons.

4.5) It is strictly prohibited to use the services for any illegal or immoral purpose with malaise intentions and ulterior motives.

5) Right to Terminal Accounts:

If you are in breach of any of these Terms, RSP BHARAT reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use of the App. RSP BHARAT is not responsible for any loss, damage or harm related to your inability to access or use of the App based on such termination.

6) How a User can Cancel/Terminate an Account:

Thanks for visiting RSP BHARAT. If you are not entirely satisfied with our service, we're here to help. Amount once paid for franchisee or registration is not refundable. Registration or Franchisee can be cancelled only if you inform before 48 hours of printing the registration card or franchisee certificate.

7) Ownership of your Content:

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the platform and in the material published on it. Those works are prohibited by the copyright laws and treaties around the world. 

8) User Generated Content:

The users must generate proper and appropriate contents needed to perform required jobs. RSP BHARAT ensures the safety and security of user generated contents. 

RSP BHARAT have the right to remove your content if those contents are not authentic.

9) Disclaimer of Warranty:

The RSP BHARAT app and portal is provided on an "as is" basis. It disclaims as far as legally permissible all warranties relating to the apps, whether expressed, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility or non-infringement. 

10) Disclaimer of Liability:

RSP BHARAT ensures the safety and privacy of your data. Franchisees/Centers/Students data are only used by RSP BHARAT for required purposes.

11) Government Law:

The Franchisees/Centers/Students shall always act strictly as per law of the land in respect of any service taken from RSP BHARAT. Submission of irrelevant, defamatory, obscene, communal, racist, offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory contents whether implicitly or explicitly is strictly prohibited. RSP BHARAT portals and app must not be used for causing social tension, anxiety, harassment, inconvenience or embarrassment, to any person or group of persons. No one shall use the services for any illegal or immoral purpose with malaise intentions and ulterior motives.

12) Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under the information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made there under and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the information Technology Act, 2000. This Privacy Policy does not require any physical, electronic or digital signature. This Privacy Policy is a legally binding document between you and RSP BHARAT. The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by clicking on the (I accept) tab or by use of the website or by other means) and will govern the relationship between you and RSP BHARAT. This document is published and shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology (reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data of information) rules, 2011 under Information Technology Act, 2000; that require publishing of the Privacy Policy for collection, use, storage and transfer of sensitive personal data or information. 

The Franchisees/Centers/Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and will immediately notify through "CONTACT US" of any unauthorized use of their account and password.
